Launching RJH Consulting Group in mid-2023 has allowed him to impart his experience as mentor, CEO, board member and government relations specialist to take people and their organisations on the evolution to change, for the better.

In addition to change management consulting, special projects including systems and governance reviews are a particular area of experience and interest.

An industry expert in membership associations, Robert understands how to successfully boost membership numbers and drive a sense of pride across membership cohorts.

The corporate governance expert enjoys turning organisations around by boosting their profile, enhancing advocacy, improving culture, fostering trust and driving powerful marketing and media campaigns.

  • Driving St John Ambulance’s major media program highlighting the association's one millionth primary school student trained in first aid

  • Implementing a Graduate Development Program at the Australian Institute of Building

  • Working to achieve generous corporate sponsorship for the Australian Medical Association, during his tenure as Deputy CEO
